Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery:

  • Opened or used health, wellness, or personal care products
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support and sharing clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Arum Plus.
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
